Little Rock Airport

Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport is Arkansas’s largest commercial service airport, with nearly 2.2 million passengers annually. Also known as Adams Field, Little Rock’s airport hosts six airlines with dozens of daily departures and nonstop service to 16 cities.

Airport Special Assistance Program

Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport operates the Airport Special Assistance Program to help passengers arriving from out of state or out of the country. Upon request, airport personnel will greet arriving patients and assist with baggage and transportation. Translation services can also be provided.
