Current Research

Dr. Peterson is constructing advanced cancer computational methods and molecular profiling techniques to unravel the intraclonal heterogeneity and evolution of multiple myeloma. He is also constructing, maintaining, and testing high-throughput sequencing (aka next generation sequencing) analysis pipelines in the cloud and on high-performance computing platforms.
