A 30-bed inpatient unit in the hospital is dedicated to the multiple myeloma/stem cell transplant service.The Myeloma Institute’s hospitalists, trained in Internal Medicine, attend to patients who are admitted to the hospital.

Monica Grazziutti, MD, completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Hospital Universitario del Cenenario in Argentina, a residency in Infectious Diseases at Sanatorio Guemes also in Argentina, and a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at the University of Texas in Houston. She earned her medical degree from National University of Rosario in Argentina. Dr. Grazziutti is the physician director of the Myeloma Institute’s outpatient infusion center.
