||A Phase II Study of Expanded Natural Killer Cell Therapy for Multiple Myeloma

||This study is designed to evaluate the ability of natural killer cells to kill myeloma cells.
||Approximately 64 patients, male or female, age 18 or older, regardless of race or ethnicity, will participate in this study which is conducted at UAMS only. You are being asked to take part in this study because you have multiple myeloma and have received prior chemotherapy. Additionally, your physician feels that it may be reasonable for you to participate in this study of a new treatment for multiple myeloma.
||The natural killer cells with be given in addition to a standard autologous transplant is a procedure in which you are given high dose chemotherapy followed by your own previously collected blood cells which are thawed and transplanted (transfused) into your vein.
