After graduation from St Johns Medical College in 1987, Dr. Rayburn Rego went to the UK and worked in post graduate training jobs from Senior House Officer to Registrar. In 1993 he moved to the United States. After residency and fellowships, Dr. Rego joined the University of South Alabama in 2004. He has been at the University of Arkansas since 2007.
Dr. Rego is a member of the American Gastroenterology Association, and the American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
